My Values

Integrity first!
Transparency, evidence-based decision making, and fiscal responsibility for equitable solutions that benefit residents and local businesses.

Residents are the drivers!
We, the people - not outside forces - should decide what we build, or don’t build, in our own city. There is no excuse for tolerating hypergrowth that will permanently burden infrastructure.

Families and schools are the center
Our children depend on us for quality education and safety. School overcrowding and traffic congestion affect our family lives every day.

Healthy environment
What we do here and now will impact generations to come.
My Platform
Strong Policies and Accountability

I will adopt stronger policies to protect the City from powerful profit-driven interests and their proxies. I will promote standards for quality developments and hold all developers equally accountable. No favoritism.

I will hold Lehigh Cement and other polluters accountable, and seek long-term solutions with local control, such as annexation.
Thriving Businesses

I will advocate for strong and diverse businesses, starting with the true revitalization of Vallco with thriving retail, entertainment, fitness and other customer-facing small businesses.
Integrated Planning for Housing, Office and Transit

I will support quality affordable housing, for families and people with disabilities, not just tiny low-quality units. We need solid action plans for affordable housing without compromising quality of life. Any solution for housing has to address the root cause: rapid job growth beyond infrastructure capacity and the lack of viable transit.

I will advocate for reliable and efficient transportation solutions, serving students to seniors, to connect essential services and locations, such as citywide shuttles.
Learning Opportunities for All Ages

I will encourage work/study programs and diverse apprenticeships for our students and young adults to provide paths to higher-income careers. I’ll engage senior residents in local schools to share their knowledge and resources. We should provide education programs that serve ages zero to one hundred.
